Yun Nan rice noodles is a staple food in kunming and its surrounding areas in yunnan province. Instead, it adopts the techniques of raw material micro-fermentation, cooking and extrusion, so the this rice noodles are also known as water rice noodles or acid rice noodles.


Products: with rice as the main raw material, customers can choose to add or not to add part of the starch according to their needs, produce fresh wet rice flour with water content of more than 65%.

The main difference is that the rice raw materials need to undergo 24-48 hours of fermentation, in the production process, it needs to use three times of extrusion and two times of cooking process, the production of rice flour crystal clear, smooth and elastic.
